Express Transcriber turns a meeting recording into draft minutes for city councils, planning commissions, county boards and other public bodies. You upload the recording and the agenda; it transcribes the meeting, finds the motions, and writes a draft laid out like the minutes your body already adopts.
Two ways to use it
- Process meetings yourself. You review the transcript, check the motion list, generate the draft and edit it in the browser. Plans include 20 or 40 hours of recordings a month, and your first meeting is free.
- Full service. You upload the recording and we write the minutes in your template, back within three business days, at $1.25 per audio minute.
How this guide is organized
Basics walks through a meeting from upload to filing. Anyone can read it.
For customers covers setting up your organization so every draft comes out closer to final: example minutes, motion rules for each body, and AI instructions. These chapters open once your organization is on a paid plan.
